Who are we?
The ICT tools to transform Baseball & Softball project is a Small Scale Cooperation Project and its main objective is to promote the use of digital tools in the daily life of three sports organizations, two of them local and one national.
The main objectives of the proposal are:
G.O.1: Advance the technical preparation of club athletes and coaches.
G.O.2: To improve the organization and economic management of the clubs.
G.O.3: Improve the digital skills of athletes, coaching staff, management team and volunteers of the clubs and the participating national federation.
G.O.4: Encourage inclusion and group value among athletes.
G.O.5: To bring the European dimension closer to the local level of participating clubs and organizations for the first time.
And we have four phases to develop our project:
- Planning
- Preparation
- Execution
- Evaluation
Finally, we want to reach the following results:
- To achieve the implementation of streaming in the participating organizations.
- To develop the participants' communication skills and improve their capacity to record technical and physical preparation videos.
- To involve participants at risk of exclusion in the project.
- To develop the participants’ communication skills in conducting interviews.
- To upgrade the digital skills of the coaching staff and players of the clubs.
- To develop the necessary digital competences for the management of the project website.
